Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
